In 2015, Holy Yoga went on their first trip to India, to share the Love of God through Holy Yoga and to also support sex trafficked girls there with Trauma Sensitive Holy Yoga and by purchasing hand made items by rescued survivors. When I first heard this I thought, wow! What a perfect bridge!! Holy Yoga and India. Everyone does yoga there, and Holy Yoga is a great modality to share the Love of God. God is also continuing to give me a heart for sex trafficked girls too. All that said, this is the way God has called me to become certified as an instructor, and also get the extended Trauma Sensitive Training so I will be fully equipped for the journey. I am going to India with Holy Yoga International 2017, God willing. A great majority of donations made to my classes will go towards India.
